We're delighted to announce that SATA CommHealth, a charitable healthcare organisation in Singapore, has gone live with MEG's healthcare Quality Management Software (QMS).
This partnership marks an exciting milestone in MEG's expansion across the South East Asia healthcare market, and a significant step in supporting one of Singapore's most established healthcare charities on its quality and governance journey.
Founded in 1947, SATA CommHealth is Here To Care for the health of seniors and the vulnerable in the community, serving around 200,000 patients each year through subsidised care at its medical centres, community events, homecare, doctors-on-wheels, day rehabilitation, and mobile medical services. Its work extends to some of Singapore's most vulnerable groups.
MEG is an end-to-end, cloud-based Quality Management System (QMS) purpose-built for healthcare. For the past decade, MEG has been helping organisations strengthen clinical governance, monitor performance, and continuously improve patient care by bringing quality, safety, and compliance activity into one connected, AI-powered platform.
Trusted by leading healthcare providers across 30+ countries, MEG’s modular approach means organisations can deploy the functionality they need, with the ability to scale over time. Core modules include Audit & Compliance, LFPSE compliant Incident Reporting, Risk Management, Policy Management, and Patient Feedback. Action Planning is built into all modules to help close the loop on improvement activities.
Streamlining Incident Reporting and Audits Across Community Healthcare
By implementing MEG's Incident and Audit modules, SATA CommHealth will benefit from a streamlined, consistent approach to incident handling and quality assurance across the many diverse care environments it operates in. Previously, teams relied on fragmented processes and information spread across Word, Excel, Outlook and sending data across different platforms. MEG now brings these activities into one connected platform, with a centralised management dashboard providing real-time visibility into incidents, audits, improvement actions and organisational performance, strengthening governance oversight across its services.
This deployment was particularly rewarding for our team. Unlike a hospital, where quality management and incident handling are centralised under one roof, community health delivery is spread across a wide variety of settings, medical centres, homes, mobile units and community hubs. Supporting SATA CommHealth meant developing new functionality to reflect this reality, enhancements that will now strengthen MEG's offering for community health providers worldwide.
SATA CommHealth on the Impact of MEG
“These enhancements have not only improved efficiency but also strengthened our ability to close the loop on incidents, audits and improvement actions.”
Full Client Testimonial
A big thank you to the MEG team for their tremendous support in customising our incident reporting and audit modules to reflect the different routing and review processes across our healthcare settings.
The enhanced incident reporting module has streamlined our workflows, reduced the time spent on email follow-ups, and eliminated the need for manual monitoring of improvement implementation.
The audit module has also transformed the way we conduct and follow up on audits, with standardised checklists, seamless attachment of supporting documents, and improved tracking of rectification actions.
These enhancements have not only improved efficiency but also strengthened our ability to close the loop on incidents, audits and improvement actions.
It is a great example of how thoughtful digital solutions, supported by strong collaboration between teams, can make quality improvement more efficient, sustainable and impactful.
Thank you, MEG team, for your partnership in making this possible!
Strengthening MEG's Support for Community Healthcare Across APAC
“It’s a real privilege to partner with an organisation as respected as SATA CommHealth, whose commitment to caring for seniors and vulnerable communities spans more than 75 years. What made this project so exciting was the challenge itself, delivering quality management and incident reporting across such a diverse range of community care settings. Working closely with the SATA team, we’ve built new capabilities into the MEG platform that reflect how community healthcare really operates. It’s a partnership we’re proud of, and one that strengthens how MEG supports community health providers right across the region.”
We are proud to be working alongside the team at SATA CommHealth and look forward to supporting their mission of promoting lifelong health across the community.
