We’re excited to introduce the newest members of our customer Success team!
We’re delighted to announce the arrival of four new Customer Success team members in the past few weeks: Jad Zakka, Cagin Cilingir, Lauren D’Souza and Mariabeluz Suarez.
Together they bring a wide range of health sector, clinical, technical and customer success expertise to MEG.
The new Customer Success team members will work closely with existing MEG customers and piloting healthcare facilities, delivering our five-star customer service to support, training and implementation projects globally, from Latin America to New Zealand.
They are terrific additions to the MEG Customer Success team and, no doubt, will be a great asset to our customers. We wish them every success in their new roles.
Lauren D’Souza
Lauren will be assisting MEG customers and piloting healthcare facilities throughout Australia and New Zealand with implementation and Customer Support.
Lauren is an experienced perioperative scrub Clinical Nurse (paediatric Ear, Nose & Throat) with a demonstrated history of working in both public and private hospitals in various capacities since 2007. Armed with these skills and clinical knowledge she will no doubt be a terrific asset to her Customer Success colleagues and most importantly our customers.
Jad Zakka
Jad joins the Customer Success team supporting onboarding, training and product needs across Europe and the Middle East.
He holds two degrees (in Management and Marketing) from the American University in Dubai and adds a wealth of marketing, production and operations experience to the MEG team.
Çağın Çilingir
Cagin will support hospitals and healthcare organisations to onboard and rollout MEG’s system across their sites.
With years of experience working as a qualified general practitioner, Cagin brings invaluable insight and experience to the Customer Success team while getting to combine his love for IT and healthcare in his new role.
Mariabeluz Suarez
Beluz will be assisting MEG customers and piloting healthcare facilities throughout Latin America and Europe.
Beluz’s interests lie in Applied Software Development and her programming chops and logical approach will be of great value to the expanding Customer Success team. Beluz hails from Mexico originally and has been living in Dublin for the last 6 years.
