Reem Hospital is a brand new facility which opened in 2020. Traditional hospital risk and patient safety processes solution are paper-based and onerous in nature. The need to procure a mobile-first solution that would engage staff in Incident (Risk) Reporting became apparent.
Consideration was also given to whether the same system could manage both Audits & Inspections, as well as Patient Feedback Surveys - integral components of their quality improvement and compliance processes.
