MEG Demonstrates Infection Prevention Tools at IPS Yorkshire Annual Conference, 2022

Thursday, 9th June 2022   |   Leeds, United Kingdom

We’re excited to announce that MEG will be attending the Yorkshire Infection Prevention Society Branch’s Annual Conference at the Bridge Community Church, Leeds, this June!

Under the theme ‘Future Focus - “Time” to Care’, this year’s conference will include:

  • National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021 ‘Cleaning Collaboration’ - Embracing Change;

  • When is a Side Room Not a Side Room: An Outbreak of TB and Lessons Learnt;

  • National IPS Team System Working 2022 and Beyond;

  • Kindness, Covid and the Future.

We’re looking forward to returning for another influential Infection Prevention Society conference in the post-pandemic era. With infection prevention and control professions becoming increasingly under-resourced, we think it’s important to make the time now for reflection, discussion and innovation, enabling NHS workers to unlock more of their time in the future.

The MEG team will be on-site all day with our mobile app to show you how other IPC and Quality Improvement teams worldwide are:

  • Simplifying how they manage IPC risk

  • Driving a culture of quality improvement

  • Working smarter, not harder, to deliver great care by digitising and automating manual processes

  • Adding hours back to their teams’ workdays

  • Getting more time for the aspects of their jobs they value most
