kerrill thornhill, FOUNDER

Kerrill Thornhill is the company founder and CEO of MEG Support Tools.  With over 20 years product development experience, Kerrill has scoped, designed and implemented digital solutions for hospitals in the U.K., Ireland, U.S. and Australia.  

With specialist industry knowledge and expertise working with hospital staff, Kerrill leads the MEG team to create solutions for healthcare organisations day to day problems.   Kerrill has a keen interest in how technology is being used to improve the delivery of health services for both patients and staff and leads the Dublin Health 2.0 chapter which highlights and supports startup innovation in healthcare.

peter clifford, chief operating officer

Since completing his MBA in INSEAD, France in 2002, Peter has been scaling businesses across Spain, France and Middle East. During this period, his remit involved hiring and building new teams, as well as rapidly growing customer acquisition with a particular focus on Sales, Marketing and Operations Management. His passion is winning new customers and driving loyalty by delivering excellence in customer experience. Peter has solid experience in People Management: hiring, coaching and motivating talented international staff. Peter speaks Arabic, French, and Spanish.

Edel Churchill, Head of MarketinG

Edel Churchill graduated from the University of Manchester in 2001. A self-confessed tech geek, Edel enjoys working across teams to bring great products to market. 

Prior to MEG, Edel held a variety of demand generation and lead nurturing roles across startups and SMEs in the Middle East, aligning marketing strategy with business revenue objectives and building out systems for scaling growth.

Previous to that, she had a 10-year career in dentistry on the frontline of primary care (in both the UK (NHS) and in the Middle East) before retraining and successfully transitioning into healthcare and technology marketing. 


MICHAL DABSKI, CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Michal is a passionate software engineer with 15 years experience who graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology first in class, and has won multiple awards and competitions during his study (Best Final Year Project, Games Fleadh). He has been part of MEG Support Tools team since 2013, currently overlooks the technical side of software projects as well as taking active part in software development as well. Michal is an avid cyclist, in his spare time he enjoys playing guitar, board games, traveling as well as tinkering on personal software projects, one of which is his game server Convoy Trucking.

ANGELA CUTHILL, creative director

After graduating with a Masters Degree in Sydney Australia, Angela relocated to Ireland in 2000 and has gained extensive experience in product development and branding; specialising within a creative SME native company environment.  Angela’s most recent role has been as a creative and marketing lead at artysmarty, the Irish women’s jewellery brand, creating a portfolio collection as well as working with clients such as The Victoria & Albert Museum, The British Library, Kilkenny stores, The National Gallery and IMMA. Her role at MEG is focused on building a global brand for MEG's clinical tools platform of products and developing a strong customer base in Ireland and internationally.

Anna Gularska, customer success Manager

Anna holds a Master’s Degree from the Institute of Library and Information Science in Digital Libraries and has also completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Management, Computer Science and Finance. During her studies, Anna worked for the Scientific Information Dept. at Wroclaw University Library and since graduation, she has been working in the IT sector. Previous roles have included e-commerce administrator for Medicsoft company and as an IT Support Engineer (User Authorization Support) with the Infrastructure and Operation Department for Volvo IT. Her experience also encompasses back-end software development, testing, application content management and project management. At MEG, her focus is on user experience and high standard, bug-free product development.

Bruce, serial entrepreneur

Bruce hails from Gort in County Galway and has been living in Dublin since he was 2 months old. This is Bruce’s first venture into the start up world, with a previous experience in modelling and waste generation.

His special interests lie in chasing a squeezy ball, mauling a hot pink flamingo and resting. He provides lap warmth in winter and has a keen intellect, particularly when it comes to ‘business’.

He has absolutely no qualifications.
